You Can Try, But You Will Never Get Those Abs.

Let’s face it. As a trainer, I see hundreds of people struggling to get those ripped six pack abs. They try, and try, yet they never even come close to their target. It really doesn’t matter what exercise you do: sit-ups, crunches, ab machines - whatever you think of, it won’t work.

Let’s look at TV commercials. Have you seen those Bowflex commercials where they want you to pay a huge sum of money just to look good? These infomercial ab-gimmicks hardly work, and they’re a complete waste of your time and money. The only thing they care about is your money, and after you spend those hundreds of dollars for the machines, you soon realize it was all for nothing.

Do you think diet is the answer? Well, it isn’t. The diet food industry has been sneaky about what they put into their foods, and you really never know what’s in them. Some “health foods” are actually junk food that adds to your belly fat. This will more than just prolong your goal for a firm and ripped belly.

There is no book out there that is cheap and firmly instructs you step-by-step exactly how to get the ripped abs. But heck, I don’t really care if you get it or not.
